Once submitted, an Atlanta Autos Corporate Representative will contact you by email or phone to guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Refunds typically take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Regardless of which of our dealership locations you purchased from, our team is committed to assisting you throughout the entire process.

If there is still a balance owed on the vehicle, any approved refund amount will be sent directly to the lien holder. Should the refunded amount exceed the remaining balance, the lien holder will issue the remaining difference directly to you.
