Update to my previous review: 01/16/2026 Atlanta Auto reached out to us and absolutely made things right! This is how business should be conducted. I am extremely satisfied with how they handled the situation from start to finish! They provided rental assistance, gave me a personal cell phone number to call if any issues came up, and assured me that all concerns with the vehicle will be fully resolved. Their communication, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out! I appreciate their efforts and professionalism, and I’m confident moving forward. Where do I begin.. I had a very disappointing experience with Atlanta Auto. The vehicle was sold to us with a warning message stating “Key fob battery low.” We immediately advised the sales team. Jay replaced the battery and told us to continue driving the vehicle and that the message would eventually go away. It did not. We then ordered a new key fob, which did not work. The battery was replaced again, yet the warning light remained on. Eventually, the car stopped recognizing the key entirely, and the vehicle refused to start. As a result, I had to return the vehicle to the dealership for them to diagnose and fix the issue. This problem clearly existed prior to the sale, and the car should never have been sold with an unresolved key/ignition system issue. This has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I expected a vehicle that was properly inspected and ready for use—not one with an unresolved issue that left me stranded. I am hopeful Atlanta Auto will take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.

I would highly recommend Atlanta Autos! I purchased a C8 Corvette from them and could not be more pleased with the experience. The sales process was smooth, straightforward, and stress‑free from start to finish. Even after the purchase, the service continued to impress. When my vehicle needed service, everything was fully covered through the extended warranty I purchased with DOWC. Service Manager Alex was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive, making the entire service process easy and hassle‑free. Overall, this was a first‑class buying and ownership experience, and I would not hesitate to do business with Atlanta Autos again.
