I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Atlanta Autos. This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle online, and I was honestly a bit nervous at the start—but that quickly changed thanks to my salesperson, Pham. From the very beginning, Pham made me feel completely comfortable. Within minutes of my inquiry, he had the vehicle pulled up and gave me a full video walkthrough—inside and out—highlighting all the features and even pointing out any minor imperfections. That level of transparency immediately built trust. I had a few additional requests, and Pham was incredibly responsive and thorough in following up on everything. He was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Since I was purchasing from out of state, the team also helped coordinate shipping and kept me consistently updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Donnie in finance was equally impressive. He secured the best possible financing rates and programs available and took the time to answer all of my questions, especially around warranty options, making sure I felt confident in every decision.
