I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Atlanta Auto in Marietta, Georgia was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer care I received was simply outstanding. Two individuals, in particular, deserve special recognition: Tilford in Sales and Alex, the Shop Foreman. Tilford is hands down one of the best sales professionals I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, transparent, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, he took the time to answer every question, guide me through the process, and make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. In today’s automotive world, finding someone you can truly trust is rare, and Tilford is exactly that person. He is a class act in every sense of the word. Alex, the Shop Foreman, completely exceeded every expectation I had. In all my years of owning vehicles, I have never encountered a shop foreman who cares as much about his work and his customers as Alex does. He personally took the time to provide detailed videos, explain diagnostics in a way that was easy to understand, keep me updated throughout the process, and ensure every concern was addressed properly. His attention to detail, communication, and commitment to excellence are second to none. You can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely wants every customer to leave satisfied. Together, Tilford and Alex represent what every dealership should strive to be. Their dedication, integrity, and customer-first approach have earned my trust and loyalty. Because of these two gentlemen, I can honestly say that Atlanta Auto is a dealership where you can buy a vehicle with complete confidence. Just bought a car from Lawry at Atlanta Autos and from beginning to end, it’s been a fantastic experience. From the beginning when I found the car online, Lawry contacted me and has been in touch with me daily, answering my questions, getting us in touch with each dept we needed to complete the buy. Coming to the dealership, Lawry was friendly, fun, professional, and had a great energy he brought to the experience. Each person we’d talk to on the phone came and introduced himself. The hospitality at Atlanta Autos was 5 stars. The speed with which I was able to make a deal on a great car was 5 stars. Dain, my sales guy, was 5 stars. I've so far had a great experience with my purchase and would return again in the future. Dain said if I had any issues with the car to just bring it back - nobody is hiding from the responsibility after the sale - that level of accountability is 5 stars, in my opinion.
