I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from Atlanta Autos. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress free. Chauncey and Dane were both incredibly attentive and even stayed late to make sure everything was completed and that I felt comfortable with my decision. I truly appreciated that at no point did I feel pressured or like anyone was trying to get over on me. They were transparent, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had. They also worked professionally with a very persistent friend of mine who wanted to make sure I received the best possible deal, and they handled everything with patience and respect. What really stood out was their willingness to present different options. They even showed me a beautiful AMG SL in the same matte finish that almost tempted me away from my final choice. That level of service made the experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Overall, Chauncey and Dane provided excellent customer service, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I would like to give kudos to Dane McAfee on being an outstanding car salesman at Atlanta Autos. I was blown away the first time with his customer service, integrity and most of his personality with assisting me. The customer service was so professional until I had to get his great customer service again. He's definitely a gem. I will be sending more clients to him from Alabama. I will not be refering anyone else to assist with my referrals but Mr. Dane Mcfee.

Great experience we use Chauncey to buy our Rolls Royce colon in for my mom and he did a great job selecting the car and we are very happy with it! We will be back again soon and only use Chauncey

Outstanding Service After a Very Frustrating Experience Elsewhere If you’re trying to decide whether to trust Atlanta Autos of Marietta with your vehicle, my experience should give you confidence. After going through a very frustrating 21-day situation with Gravity Autos, where my vehicle repairs were not completed correctly, I decided to take my car to Atlanta Autos of Marietta. The difference in professionalism and service was immediately noticeable. Communication From the start, their team kept me informed and explained what was happening with my vehicle. They also handled communication with the warranty company smoothly, which made the process much less stressful on my end. Speed and Efficiency The repair process was handled in what I would consider a very reasonable and timely manner, especially compared to my previous experience. Quality of Work The initial issue involved replacing two O2 sensors, but whatever additional care or inspection they performed made a big difference. When I got my vehicle back, it actually drove better than it did when I originally purchased it (purchased from Gravity of Sandy Springs 😩). Attention to Detail Another thing that really stood out was the condition of my vehicle when it was returned to me. It was cleaned thoroughly inside and out—from the roof down to the tires. That level of care shows pride in their work. Customer Service I want to specifically recognize Alex, the service manager/supervisor, and his team. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to fixing the issue the right way made this a great experience. After everything was resolved, it gave me confidence that Atlanta Autos of Marietta truly takes care of the vehicles they service and the customers who trust them. Because of this experience, when it’s time for my next vehicle upgrade, this will be the dealership I return to. Highly recommended. 🥰
