I want to take a moment to share my experience with Atlanta Autos, because they went above and beyond to help me get out of a difficult financial situation involving my 2024 Porsche 911 S. I initially felt their offer for my Porsche was too low, but instead of simply walking away, the team worked with me to make the numbers make sense. They reduced the price of the 2024 BMW i5 I was considering, which made the overall deal much more appealing and ultimately helped me eliminate a significant amount of debt. What really stood out to me was the level of personal attention I received. I was even able to speak directly with the owner, who gave me his personal cell phone number and trusted me enough to take the BMW home overnight so I could think everything over. After several more hours of negotiations the following day, I left Atlanta Autos still wondering whether I should have simply accepted the deal and done what needed to be done. Then I received another low-ball offer for my Porsche from Carvana. At that point, I immediately called Tilford, my salesman at Atlanta Autos, and we worked together to make the deal happen. Looking back, one of the best decisions I made was walking through the doors at Atlanta Autos. They didn’t just sell me another vehicle—they worked with me through a complicated situation, listened to my concerns, negotiated with me, and ultimately helped me get to a place I was comfortable with. A special thank-you to Tilford and the entire Atlanta Autos team for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with me. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making this deal happen.
