I’ve purchased more than a dozen cars in my life, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a smooth experience as I did with Sarah Moore. This was an out-of-state purchase, which can be stressful and requires a high level of trust and communication. Sarah absolutely exceeded every expectation. Her communication was outstanding from beginning to end — responsive, proactive, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was genuinely blown away. She made what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase feel easy and seamless. Friendly, professional, and truly on top of everything. Sarah set a new standard for what a car-buying experience should be. Highly recommend asking for her.

I was super nervous about buying a car without test driving it, without seeing it in person, then having it shipped 1000 miles away to Kansas, just not knowing if I was making a wise decision. Isrrael helped me through the entire process, sending me videos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, checking on the status of some of the options on the vehicle, responding to my questions, even after hours and on Sunday evening when I wasn’t expecting a response back. The car arrived three days later and it was in wonderful condition, just as Isrrael shared with me in his videos. The interior/exterior had been fully detailed, the battery was fully charged, everything was exactly as Isrrael shared and their website indicated. A vehicle is a big purchase for most people, and even though I wasn’t buying one of the high-end, super luxury or exotic cars they sell, I felt like Isrrael rolled out the red carpet and treated me like a VIP.
