Im going to give an honest and somewhat lenghty review to show my appreciation of the Atlanta Auto’s team for what turned out to be a bit of a mess on the delivery of my 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport that I bought from them all the way from Jonesboro, Arkansas! First of all, Sarah Moore was my salesperson and she did a fantastic job of showing me extensive videos of the car inside and out to make me feel comfortable buying a car without seeing it in person and being 7 hours away. She has great energy and a personality that anyone would like! Below are some pictures of the car before it left the dealership (front bumper in tact with her finger pointing towards the minor separation) and then the other is a picture of the front bumper on the trailer of the transporters vehicle when it arrived to me. Obviously it was damaged upon loading or unloading the vehicle. Also the car had 4 different tires with 2 of them on the back having little to no tread at all and somewhat out of line as you can see based on the tread of the tire. However, I called Sarah immediately and she got me in touch with Torry (Finance manager) and Patrick O’Brian who assured me that if I got a quote from a tire shop here in my hometown that they would mail me a check for the cost of the 4 new tires and the alignment that had to be done. (Which they did). The transporters insurance is taking care of my front bumper getting fixed, which is still in the process, but I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle the issues I had in the most timely and professional manner I’ve ever experienced! 10/10 to the Atlanta Auto’s team (Sarah, Torry, Patrick and Darius) for their timely responsiveness to these issues I had. Ultimately, the experience turned out to be wonderful because of Sarah getting me in touch with the right people who could get this taken care of, and they did! They were very understanding and professional and I never felt like I wasn’t a valued customer nor did I feel like I was being left in the dark with no solution to my issues at any point in time! THANK YOU SARAH, PATRICK, TORRY and DARIUS for making this right and being true stewards of their word!! I love my car and I will recommend anyone who asks about you guys!! Maybe I’ll be back one day to get one of the many exotic cars you guys sell 🤝

So Very grateful for my experience at Atlanta Auto’s. Sarah Moore took care of everything and we handled this transaction up into the point of picking up the car from out of state. She took thorough videos of the interior and exterior of the car pointing out any minor imperfections that the car had so that there were no surprises whenever I arrived. I did have a little bit of an issue with the bumper alignment, but before I left the dealership, they completely removed the bumper fixed all the clips and replaced everything for me so that I was happy on my drive home! They even gave me a couple shirts and a gift bag. Thankful for my whole experience here.
